You can now add and delete A/R Tracking Notes while in Charges and Payments. Previously, you could only edit or view existing notes. Now, you no longer have to go to A/R Tracker to enter notes associated with a billing.
The A/R Mgmt button on the Charges and Payments screen has been updated.
• If there are no tracking notes for the patient, the text to the left of the button says “Add A/R Mgmt.” Clicking the button will open the existing A/R Tracking Notes screen and enable you to add a new A/R Tracking Note for the patient.
Note that a billing must be saved before you can create a note.
If there is an existing note for the patient, the button will say “Edit A/R Mgmt.” Clicking the
button enables you to edit, view, or delete the existing note.
Updated A/R Tracking Note Screen
There is a new Delete button on this screen. Clicking this button will delete the note associated with the billing. You will see a confirmation screen before the deletion takes place.
There is a new button on the Charges and Payments screen: Agent/Task.
When you click this button, you will see a menu with options for assigning tasks and deleting tasks.
If the selected billing does not have either a Patient or Insurance balance, the button will be
disabled. In addition, the billing must be saved before you can add an agent/task.
This menu will open when you click the Agent/Task button on the Charges and Payments screen.
