Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Sell Lytec, Medisoft, and medical records software to customers via the Internet.
- The individual will be responsible for prospecting, closing leads, generating new business as well as maintaining and renewing existing business.
- Continually stay abreast of new products and technology.
- Ability to handle incoming 800 sales lines.
- Ability to make 50 outbound calls to prospective customer and existing customers.
Sales Representative Required Skills:
- Proven record of sales success in selling for a value added reseller.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective problem-solving relationships selling via the telephone.
- Ability to follow up with customer.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and self motivated.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills.
Sales Representative Required Education: Bachelors Degree or Higher
Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer and troubleshoot customers technical questions from incoming calls related to medical billing software products sold by 2K Medical Billing Systems including Lytec and Medisoft.
- Make outbound calls to proactively assist customers in their use of the software and also assisting customers with electronic medical claims.
- Continually stay abreast of new products and technology.
- Sell technical support contracts, training and upgrades to existing customers.
Technical Support Specialist Requirements:
- Experience with configuring networks.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
- Quick learner with ability to learn complex practice management and medical record records software.
- Exceptional oral/written communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude.
- Interact well with the end user, other technicians and technical support manager of the company.
Strongly Desired
- Experience with Lytec, Medisoft or Practice Partner.
- Experience with medical software.
- Experience with ANSI 837 electronic claims.
- Experience with C# programming.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
