2K Medical has an immediate need for a Sales Representative and a Technical Support Specialist

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Sell Lytec, Medisoft, and medical records software to customers via the Internet.
The individual will be responsible for prospecting, closing leads, generating new business as well as maintaining and renewing existing business.
Continually stay abreast of new products and technology.
Ability to handle incoming 800 sales lines.
Ability to make 50 outbound calls to prospective customer and existing customers.

Sales Representative Required Skills:

Proven record of sales success in selling for a value added reseller.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and conduct effective problem-solving relationships selling via the telephone.
Ability to follow up with customer.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to be flexible and self motivated.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills.

Sales Representative Required Education: Bachelors Degree or Higher

Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:

Answer and troubleshoot customers technical questions from incoming calls related to medical billing software products sold by 2K Medical Billing Systems including Lytec and Medisoft.
Make outbound calls to proactively assist customers in their use of the software and also assisting customers with electronic medical claims.
Continually stay abreast of new products and technology.
Sell technical support contracts, training and upgrades to existing customers.

Technical Support Specialist Requirements:

Experience with configuring networks.
Experience with SQL Server.
Advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
Quick learner with ability to learn complex practice management and medical record records software.
Exceptional oral/written communication skills.
Self-starter who can work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude.
Interact well with the end user, other technicians and technical support manager of the company.
