Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Sell Lytec, Medisoft, and medical records software to customers via the Internet.
  • The individual will be responsible for prospecting, closing leads, generating new business as well as maintaining and renewing existing business.
  • Continually stay abreast of new products and technology.
  • Ability to handle incoming 800 sales lines.
  • Ability to make 50 outbound calls to prospective customer and existing customers.

Sales Representative Required Skills:

  • Proven record of sales success in selling for a value added reseller.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective problem-solving relationships selling via the telephone.
  • Ability to follow up with customer.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and self motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills.

Sales Representative Required Education: Bachelors Degree or Higher


Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Answer and troubleshoot customers technical questions from incoming calls related to medical billing software products sold by 2K Medical Billing Systems including Lytec and Medisoft.
  • Make outbound calls to proactively assist customers in their use of the software and also assisting customers with electronic medical claims.
  • Continually stay abreast of new products and technology.
  • Sell technical support contracts, training and upgrades to existing customers.

Technical Support Specialist Requirements:

  • Experience with configuring networks.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to learn complex practice management and medical record records software.
  • Exceptional oral/written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude.
  • Interact well with the end user, other technicians and technical support manager of the company.

Strongly Desired

  • Experience with Lytec, Medisoft or Practice Partner.
  • Experience with medical software.
  • Experience with ANSI 837 electronic claims.
  • Experience with C# programming.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports.
