Assign AR status codes directly within an ERA

Set accounts receivable (AR) status codes while working within an electronic remittance advice (ERA). Your billing team can see the next follow-up steps as it processes remittances, without leaving the ERA workflow.

Automatically check patient responsibility lines on secondary remits

A new Revenue Management preference automatically checks patient responsibility lines when you post a secondary remit. This reduces the need to select those lines one at a time.

Revenue Management remembers your workspace

Revenue Management remembers window sizes and positions between logins, so you can return to the layout you used in your previous session.

Default provider for each schedule resource

Assign a default provider to a schedule resource. Lytec automatically uses that provider when the resource is selected, reducing repeated manual selection.

Prepayments directly from Charges and Payments

Enter a patient prepayment directly from the Charges and Payments screen, without switching to a different screen in the middle of your task.

Patient images directly from the schedule

View patient images, such as a scanned insurance card or an image saved from an earlier visit, directly from the appointment schedule.

More Features Included in Lytec 2027

Lytec 2027 also includes established features from earlier versions, such as online patient scheduling, insurance-ID patient lookup, the AR Tracker, and QR codes on patient statements for online payments. These are not new to the 2027 release.

CGM Lytec also connects with eMEDIX for supported electronic claims, remittances, statement delivery, and electronic claim attachments. CGM PAY and other complementary services may require separate pricing and enrollment.
