If you choose to \u201cPrint\u201d, you will then be prompted to select your printer, then click \u201cOK\u201d. Select either \u201cSuperbill-Physician\u201d, \u201cSuperbill-Chiropractic\u201d, or your own custom Superbill form, then click \u201cOpen\u201d. If you choose to \u201cPrint\u201d, you will then be prompted to select your printer, then click \u201cOK\u201d. If you choose to \u201cPreview\u201d, you will find the print button in the upper-left corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make changes to a Superbill form, go to \u201cReports\u201d, then \u201cCustom Reports\u201d, then \u201cDesign Custom Reports\u201d. If the field being modified is a (database) \u201cField\u201d, you select what value you want it to output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the existing fields are not of the desired type, or you wish to add more fields or lines\/boxes, use the floating \u201cComponents\u201d box.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"158\" height=\"54\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalbilling.net\/Lytec-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-7.png?resize=158%2C54&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-868\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The tools in this box are (from left to right): Select (used for selecting fields, lines, or boxes), Field (used for adding database fields, that pull information already entered), Text (used for adding a text field that simply prints the text that is entered), Command (used for creating combinations of \u201cText\u201d and \u201cField\u201d values, or outputting data from multiple \u201cFields\u201d), Line (used for drawing lines on the form), and Rectangle (used for drawing boxes on the form).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When finished, click \u201cOptions\u201d (in the upper-left corner), then \u201cSave\u201d or \u201cSave As\u2026\u201d. Is it recommended to use \u201cSave As\u2026\u201d, and give the file a new\/different name. This way you can revert back to the original form in case something goes wrong in the modifying of the Superbill form. If you choose to \u201cSave\u201d, the file you opened will be modified.
