Also place a check mark in the\u00a0<strong>Send Facility on Claim box<\/strong>, and select the most appropriate\u00a0<strong>ID Qualifier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.&nbsp;&nbsp;Click&nbsp;<strong>OK<\/strong>&nbsp;when finished, then&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>&nbsp;on the previous
