Patient Notes Security & Audit Trail
Enhancement
Lytec
2009 adds additional security selection options to allow or
restrict users from viewing, adding, deleting, and modifying
patient notes. This will allow the Lytec administrator to set
security settings at the User or User Type level. The new feature
also adds entries in the Audit Trail for each user that adds,
deletes, or modifies any patient notes.
The new setting is located under Settings>Users/Security
Profiles, then under Security Profile, then the Activities
section, then the Patient Notes Section.
Audit Trail Enhancement
Notice the entries below that reflect where a user has Added,
Modified and Deleted a patient note.
